I write Watson\'s Daily, a suite of resources including a daily newsletter which helps people to understand and keep abreast of key developments in business and financial markets news. Resources can be accessed via a website, an app and a podcast that are available across most of the major social media platforms and app stores.I am also engaged by third party companies to coach their employees (from junior through to partner level) commercial awareness as it applies to business. I have also written about business and financial markets topics on behalf of other companies.I spent 13 years as a stockbroker at four different investment banks in London and Tokyo advising some of the world\'s biggest financial institutions on which stocks to buy and sell on the UK, European and Japanese stock markets. This is where my markets knowledge comes from!

I write Watson\'s Daily, a daily newsletter that gives you the essence of key global business and financial markets news with explanation and opinion. The resources on the Watson\'s Daily website help to turbo-charge your commercial awareness by changing the way you read and consume the news! There is also an accompanying highly-rated daily podcast (available on all major platforms) that complements your understanding. There are both free and paid-for resources available.My background is in investment banking (13 years as a stockbroker) and recruitment (in both HR and 4 different agencies), but I\'ve also been a successful candidate for many different types of jobs. I even had a gun pointed at my head in one selection process (don\'t worry - this wasn\'t in investment banking ). My experience helps me understand both sides of the interview desk and I am a professional advisor on careers via my company Seiha Consulting. All my headhunting experience has been in finance, but mainly investment banking - and I have recruited people across the spectrum of seniority from junior analysts to heads of M&A etc.My ambition is to help as many people as possible make sense of and enjoy the \"boring\" news!
