Support production at contract manufacturing, including designing assembly fixtures, generating manufacturing process instructions, improving process, improving yields, and reducing manufacturing costs. • Collaborate with suppliers to design product packaging for gamma and EtO sterilization, including trays, shipper boxes, and sterility barriers for transit testing. • Develop protocols for conducting mold tooling qualifications, and transit testing on final products. • Develop manufacturing process to improve component cleanliness for assembly. • Develop sealing process for tray and pouch packaging of final assemblies. • Manage project for improving single-use device components to reduce manufacturing costs and assembly time. • Manage capital equipment assembly and production lines. • Support R&D in product design, improvement, and process development. • Transfer product and processes from R&D to manufacturing. • Support R&D to develop test equipment for inspecting finished devices. • Supervise contract manufacturing operators, manage and maintain production material flow at contract manufacturing. • Develop validation protocols / reports, and perform data analysis. • Support Regulatory in documentation, validation, and testing in accordance with regulatory of the countries into which the products will be marketed.
