ABOUT PETER VAUGHAN

Hailing from various Bay Area cities, Peter Vaughan embarked on a diverse journey that eventually led him to real estate. Initially pursuing accounting at Santa Clara University, he found himself captivated by the dynamic nature of sales and decided to pivot his career path. Over the course of 12 years, Peter immersed himself in the high-growth tech startup scene, bearing witness to the remarkable evolution of companies ranging from venture capital-backed startups to publicly traded giants. This invaluable experience instilled in him a deep understanding of business dynamics. However, Peter always dreamt of business ownership - the financial opportunities, the autonomy, and the ability to craft his dream life through hard work, great decision making and creating an excellent client experience. ​Driven by a passion for real estate investing and developing, Peter transitioned into business ownership, recognizing it as a pathway to not only financial independence but also personal fulfillment. Teaming up with Ben Barbic, they forged a successful partnership, combining their complementary skills and expertise to establish a quickly thriving brokerage team. Peter brings to the table a keen eye for the financial implications of buying and selling real estate. ​Beyond his professional endeavors, Peter treasures his role as a devoted husband to his wife Brooke and father to three young daughters Grace (5), Paige (3) and Blake (1)- finding balance and joy in family life. He currently resides in the Rose Garden in San Jose. Outside of family and work, Peter loves running competitions, competitive basketball, reading and learning about investing and financial markets, and wine. ​With a foundation built on diverse experiences and a commitment to excellence, Peter is dedicated to navigating the real estate landscape with integrity, passion, and unwavering determination on behalf of his clients, as part of The Barbic Vaughan Team.
