Pete Bridle has a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing major operating risk and in establishing disciplined and just cultures, having provided corporate leadership and direction for SD Standard Drilling, Noble Drilling, TODCO and ENSCO. He is known for his straight talking, no nonsense approach to tough performance challenges and in developing risk centered solutions that work to make safety more personal while at the same time holding senior line managers to account. Bridle is the author of multiple E&P industry papers, the most recent of which addresses the challenging subject of “Human Error” and examines why organizations frequently use up scant resources on corrective actions that consistently fail to deliver.
