I am a global executive with more than 40 years of leadership experience across finance, professional sports, civic service, and education. My career has taken me from Wall Street to international sports and community impact initiatives, always focused on balancing commercial success with mission-driven results.As a former Partner at Goldman Sachs and Global Head of Foreign Exchange Sales, I built and led global teams across New York, Tokyo, and London. In sports, I helped shape the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic bid and the successful Seattle World Cup host-city bid, later serving as President of Business Operations for the Seattle Sounders FC. Today, I lead Seattle’s FIFA World Cup 2026 Host-City Committee, managing preparations for one of the world’s largest sporting events.I’ve also served in public and nonprofit roles — as Executive Director of Business Development in the Honolulu Mayor’s Office, advancing projects like a $5B light rail system, Waikiki public WiFi, and innovative public–private park partnerships, and as Commissioner of Charter Schools in Hawaii, where I helped stabilize and grow a statewide education system.A lifelong ice hockey, skiing, soccer, and racquet sports enthusiast, I bring authentic passion for sport alongside proven leadership in finance, global events, and civic development.
