I have worked in education for over 35 years and in school leadership for over twenty-five years. My key strengths are in teaching, learning and curriculum. After six years as a headteacher I moved into interim roles focussing on schools in challenging circumstances. I have assisted several schools out of an Ofsted categories. Since 2018I have I work as a consultant through our company, TSO Education Ltd.
