As an Account Director, I am responsible for the overall development, improvement and coordination of security operations across a geographically dispersed contract. As the primary point of contact, I am responsible for maintaining excellent communication with the client, ensuring that all aspects of the contracted service are delivered against agreed targets. Experience - Broad experience with protest management operations (EON Ratcliffe-On-Soar & EDF Hinkley Point C)- Unique experience of planning for and delivery of the Wimbledon Championships (twice) security operation (>1300 staff)- Hands on experience of planning and implementing surge operations of varying scale and scope - Involvement in design, mobilisation and management of Operational Control Centres and SOACCs - Project Management including Change Management - Extensive exposure to clients operationally and in the bidding stage. Key areas of expertise - Devising practical solutions in response to immediate dynamic security requirements - Client engagement and relationship development.
