Purchased and developed 1.25 acre site from raw land to finished product. Guided project through government rezoning which required extensive consensus building with all stake holders over a 12 month period of time. Secured financing for the project and managed the hiring of architects, engineers and contractors to execute the vision for this property. Managed an extremely tight construction schedule while building a custom state of the art event center completing construction in 6 months in time for events that were booked 12 months prior. Wrightsville Manor is an old world, conservatory styled brick event center with 15 foot glass French doors that lead to a terrace and large event lawn with fountain. The property features a 3300 square foot main event space, private suite with private bath, lobby, bar and finish catering kitchen. There is a second garden area centered around an ancient Live Oak Tree. Wrightsville Manor is perfect for wedding ceremonies, receptions, fundraising galas and private parties.
