Lead a team of 6 developers to build a set of Web Components for the CIAM project, to provide a consistent UI and functionality for our Register, Reset Password, Login, Consent, MFA, etc and integrate them across all channels (airlines, holidays and mobile app).Directed the team to move towards a Continuous Delivery approach, with frequent, low risk and simple releases.Created an automated testing strategy, including visual tests (Chromatic), E2E tests (Cypress) and Contract Test.Integrated a feature toggle platform (Optimizely) to allow partially-complete work to be deployed in an off-state, without blocking other releases.Assisted with the design, architecture and integration with our CIAM platform (Forgerock).Briefly helped with the implementation of a new Push Notification platform for the Mobile App for flight disruptions using AWS, SNS, SQS, ECS and Java containers. This connected to Firebase to send the push notifications.
