I have a passion for the brain and nervous system and understanding how we can optimize its functioning. It began when I spent a summer at Van Andel Institute investigating how Tau protein pathologies influence the development of Alzheimer\'s Disease. From there, my desire to learn more grew. With my background in sports, biology, and neuroscience, my role at Neuropeak Pro is designed to bring cutting-edge brain performance training technology to those that are ready to maximize their potential. While I typically am consulting with athletes, our work does not stop there. We provide solutions in peak performance and have experience consulting in sports, corporate wellness, or individual optimization to help clients meet their performance goals. We help maximize performance by optimizing the brain and autonomic nervous system through precision breathing, Heart Rate Variability (HRV), and brain-performance training.
