A highly skilled,self motivated and reliable individual with over forty years of offshore experience, thoroughly committed to performing work tasks to the highest standards and in a professional manner. I am perfectly at home working as part of the offshore team or as an individual. After the completion of a 4 year tool making apprenticeship,achieving a full technological certificate in mechanical engineering, I worked in the special purpose machine development section of AC Delco Southampton limited part of General Motors UK. I moved to British Telecom Marine in 1980 working in the mechanical workshop also on-board their cable lay and repair vessels, progressing in the latter stages of my 18 years of service, into ROV operations Worked on SMD and Perry Slingsby cable and pipeline ploughs R.O.V\'s Scarab 1 Perry Slingsby vehicles XL\'s XLS\'s Trencher Seadog Triton T 750 Trencher Spencer Rock trencher Subtrack Stolt T1 and T2 Casper Colisemo Rocksaw Specialties: High pressure water jet cutting bar Diamond wire cutting operations Jacket decommissioning FPSO mooring system installation STL Buoy installation VLS operations in deep to very deep water depths Preparation of task plans and risk assessments Formulation of detailed project procedures Vessel mobilisation and demobilisations Ploughing operations both Cable and pipeline ploughs.
