Data enter all trades into front end trading system. Once trade entry is completed, all trades must be confirmed (verifying issue, price, broker, quantity, settlement date, net money). This may be done verbally, via OASYS. After confirmation, I am responsible to ensure the trades are correct and timely affirmed through the DTC ID system. • Responsible for reacting to any failed trades reports provided by either the custodian or broker, which require research and review to properly insure settlement.• To ensure trade activity (for all Fixed Income products: Corporate Bonds, Municipals, Mortgage Backed Securities, Treasuries, etc.) is processed and transmitted to internal systems ( APEX, NOMAD, RUMBA) Maintaining valid account instructions – internally, at the banks, and with the brokers’. This is to be maintained and updated on ALERT (website brokers’/banks use to view delivery instructions.
