Second Generation Luxury Home Builder with experience in the home building industry since 1983. Known for integrity, leading designs, customer service and value. My father, Peter Shaddock, Sr. started building in the 1960\'s. I grew up always wanting to be a part of this industry. I studied drafting/architecture as early as 1982. I went on to work for our family as early as 1983-86 while in Middle & High School in Richardson ISD. In college, my studies focused primarily on business, accounting, finance, real estate, architecture, construction, and urban planning. During my career, I have been involved in both land development and single family new home construction. All in, I have been directly responsible for over $500 million in sales and been recognized as the Fastest Annual Growing Home Builder by Professional Builder Magazine on multiple years. We are here to stay! Known for integrity, personalized individual approach, lead the industry in product design, and most of all make our place as a leader in our industry.
