I currently work at Rolls-Royce as a Manufacturing Systems Engineer. I implement systems at a research and development manufacturing facility that constantly faces the challenge of a dynamic environment. I have experience with requirements, design, configuration, implementation, and support. I manage IT vendor support, documentation (training, standard operating procedures), and data reporting.I am interested in data and technology improve process and efficiency.I graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a BS in Business Management Information Systems with an emphasis in Telecommunications.I hope to keep adding IT and business management skills as I go further into my career.

   Recent accomplishments- Implemented a Manufacturing Execution System (MES)\'Eyelit\' used by the entire facility 50+ people- Upgraded the system software for 3 separate environments (Development, Training, Production)- Configured, maintain, and support the Manufacturing Execution System- Created training material and Standard Operating Procedures for use of the system- Lead training for system for 50+ people that included managers, engineers, and technicians- Query data and created reports from SQL Server with SQL Server Management Studio and Excel- Provided systems and general on hands or interfacing IT support- Troubleshoot IT issues with various IT teams (Network, Server, Desktop Support)- Edited basic Excel macro\'s with Visual Basic (VB)Overall Responsibilities- Providing support and maintenance of manufacturing IT systems for day-to-day operations- Implementing, maintaining, and developing capability of Eyelit as the chosen MES solution for the facility- Configuring systems to generate electronic data that will be made available automatically to end users- Active involvement in applications upgrade, integration and testing- Oversee and coordinate IT activities with regional and global team to deliver solutions to the business- Strong collaboration with IT Programme Office, IT Services and 3rd party partners- Projects Management Work within the business at every level to identify and develop opportunities for new capabilities to meet current or future requirements- Planning and managing activities including communicating current status to relevant Stakeholders and management- Preparing training, functional specs and user manuals.
