Peter Schuur is chair of Debevoise’s global tax practice. He advises on a broad range of U.S. and cross-border M&A transactions, with a focus on corporate transactions in the insurance industry. He also has extensive experience advising clients on the structuring and formation of investment funds and international investment platforms.
