About Peter Schmitz

Strong and effective negotiating on behalf of his clients, maintaining meaningful relationships with the key markets, and “C” suite communication are among Pete’s strengths. Throughout his career, Pete held senior leadership positions at USAIG, Marsh, Aon and Lockton. He is a licensed commercial and instrument pilot as well as a Part 107 licensed drone pilot. He has received industry awards including “Power Broker” by “Risk and Insurance” was appointed to the Excellence Roundtable of Outstanding Achievement by Aon and was awarded the “Salute to Excellence” by Marsh. He has contributed to “The CBS Morning Show” and been quoted in several periodicals such as Business Insurance and Fortune Magazine.Pete and his wife Lynn have 5 adult children and currently live in Boca Raton, Florida. He is an active volunteer member of Family Promise of South Palm Beach, Children’s Miracle Network, Alzheimer’s Association and Habitat for Humanity.
