I have spent over 40 years in the insurance industry. I am currently the President of Schifrin, Gagnon & Dickey, Inc, a California based company that provides claims adjusting, investigation and nationwide claims administration. I am proud to be a second generation adjuster and owner.As a licensed independent adjuster and private investigator, I handle a wide variety of claims, including first-party property, entertainment, and all forms of general liability. I was the 2022-23 President of the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters. I am a Past President of the California Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters and the Pacific Claim Executives Association. I am member of the California Department of Insurance Curriculum Board and a Past President of the Society of Registered Professional Adjusters. I frequently present educational classes to groups such as the CAIIA, CLM and PLRB on topics including the California Fair Claims Settlement Practices Regulations, the California SIU Regulations, Good Faith Claims Handling, and First and Third Party Coverage Analysis and Claims Investigation.
