ABOUT PETER SANDALL

I developed deep skills in relationship management, delivery operations, financial management, and project management over my career. And I enjoyed (almost ) every moment. But the time came to rest, and then maybe try different things. I can help people with business strategy, operations, and business pursuits and relationship. If you need help - let’s talk. Here’s the “story” on my IBM career. I gained experience at IBM in various Project, Sales/Sales management and General Management positions with increasing responsibility and challenge. I have a proven track record of success, which for me includes continued challenge, learning, and tangible achievement in an autonomous environment. I enjoy solving problems using my analytical skills to understand the opportunity, and my persuasive and negotiating skills to bring it to closure. I prefer to lead teams with an optimistic outlook and a sense of humor in tough situations. I value and enjoy multiple viewpoints. I have proven my effectiveness in establishing relationships with executives to bring solutions to their business needs As an adjunct, I started my career with PCL construction in high-rise builds, completing the Western Canadian Place (Husky HQ buildings) as the Project Engineer. Provided real-life experience in Project Management with over construction workers at the peak of the project.
