ABOUT PETER SADLER

An experienced Managing Director and Board Member with a successful track record of working in the construction industry and specialising in the residential sector. A highly motivated individual with a strong emphasis on building and working with successful teams. Collaboration and coaching is integral to everything I do. A positive attitude towards finding solutions and a strong commitment to providing a quality product and a culture of customer service excellence. Core strengths include business / people leadership and strategic business planning, financial management, cost control, commercial management, contract negotiations and real estate development.In his long career, Peter has held notable leadership positions. He was Vice President of Residential Development at Dart Real Estate and Regional Managing Director at Kier Group where he established and led the South West business for 10 years.At Dart Real Estate, Peter assisted in the delivery and sale of OLEA, a development in the Cayman Islands comprising 124 coastal residences, which won Best Sustainable Residential Development at the International Property Awards. During his time with Kier Group, Peter oversaw the construction of over new homes including over 300 at North Prospect in Plymouth, one of the South West’s largest regeneration schemes.Board Member of Plymouth and South Devon Freeport zones.
