We are pleased to announce our company merger with Coldwell Banker, a national power house in real estate. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is part of NRT, LLC, the nation\'s largest residential real estate brokerage. It is now official, we are now The Rosato Group, a Division of Coldwell Banker as of May,2018. The Relocation Group, owned by Denise and Peter Rosato began its professional practice back in 2001. Its growth over the past 17 years has been a tremendous success and it was time for the next step in order to address the needs of all our clients so we can better market their properties and attend to their individual needs. We have joined with Coldwell Banker because we believe that a being a part of nationally recognized real estate brand will allow us to provide a wider array of services and cutting edge marketing that will help give our clients maximum exposure, including the Global Luxury Homes Division and the New Construction Division. Our entire team at The Relocation Group will remain together as \"The Rosato Group\" under the Coldwell Banker Umbrella and we will continue to service all of our clients as we have done in the past. You will have the best of both worlds; individualized personal care with not only a local name, but a Global leader in the real estate industry.Our offices will move to Coldwell’s new state-of-the-art locations on 833 Long Ridge Road in Stamford and 66 Field Point Road in Greenwich. We will remain in our current locations until our targeted move date of July 2018. We are happy to report that we are still very local and welcome the opportunity to invite you to our new office locations when the move is official. We are grateful to you for not only giving us the opportunity to provide you with our services but for your loyalty and friendship over the last 17 years. This new venture not only will enrich our relationship, but we are confident that our new affiliation will serve us all well for years to come!
