ABOUT PETER REINHARDT
I am an enthusiastic, curious and inclusive leader, globally responsible for EY\'s people sustainability services, supporting both enhanced sustainability across the workforce itself, as well as unleashing the power inherent in the workforce to help organizations better achieve their environmental sustainability goals. I joined EY in 1993 and was promoted to Partner in 2001. During my 30+ years with the firm, I have been based out of both Emerging and Developed Markets and have held several leadership roles including EY\'s CIS regional Human Capital, Tax & Law practices, its EMEIA People Advisory Services practice, as well as most recently its global Organization & People Sustainability services business. I have broad experience serving businesses in all major industries. I am passionate about helping companies realize their sustainability ambitions through unleashing the maximum potential of the workforce and building a culture which embraces and celebrates our differences, enabling everyone to bring their true selves to work. I graduated with honors from Yale University (USA), with a bachelor’s degree in Russian and East European Studies and speak fluent English and Russian, with proficiency in German.
