My career has focused on the educational development of teaching practice, learning materials and pedagogy - curriculum design, learning design and instructional design (through the use of learning technology /educational technology) in higher education within the context of medical sciences and professional education. I am an expert in training needs analysis, curriculum and programme design with a focus on blended and online solutions.*Leadership*I have experience setting up from scratch multiple e-learning production studios providing both academic and technical leadership in the development of end-to-end services.
