Accountable for the management of the Coupa (Source-to-Settle) platform, with a focus on managing configurations, leading the Release Management process, and setting the S2S Technology roadmap- Oversee the management of Coupa Source-to-Settle (S2S) platform configuration across Procurement, Travel and Expenses, Sourcing, Contracts and Reporting- Support the realization of Program Success Measures; increase utilization, efficiency, cost savings, reduce risk and improve quality- Develop and oversee the execution of the integrated Coupa S2S Technology Roadmap- Collaborate with Category Management and Category Enablement functions to support efficient and compliant purchasing- Manage key internal Lines of Business (LOBs) and Strategic Business Units (SBUs) relating to technical Source-to-Settle processes- Manage partnerships and build relationships with Coupa S2S vendor(s) and strategic third-party providers- Drive greater operational flexibility within Procurement, Travel and Expenses, Sourcing, Contracts and Reporting through system-based solutions - Ensure solution is performing to expectations while day to day operations and ad-hoc activities are being preformed - Drive realization of value from Coupa Source to Settle (S2S) solution against key success measures and KPIs; cost savings, process improvement and platform implementation- Business lead from a systems/technical stand point on projects with varying scopes- Lead and manage system releases with Finance Technology and Settlement Operations to support end-to-end Source-to-Settle processes
