ABOUT PETER PHELPS
I am an enthusiastic well-organised languages graduate with a passion for training and travel. I started my professional career at Eurostar in 2003 working in the Contact Centre for Frequent Traveller, Resource Planning, Quality Assurance and the Training Team. My training experience has taken me to Derby and Bucharest where I trained newly recruited staff members in both English and French. This lead to my appointment as Training Coordinator for UK Stations ensuring that newly recruited staff received the correct training, while making sure that current staff are trained on new products and processes. I have fine attention to detail in maintaining training records and am an excellent communicator and rapport builder. In my spare time, I run around a lot and have a habit of signing up to marathons. I love to travel, experience different cultures and meet new people.
