Key Accomplishments:• Co-founded 2 companies, one in life sciences and another in media• CEO and co-founder of a company focused on treating Postpartum Hemorrhage, which is the leading cause of preventable maternal death globally, disproportionally affecting women of color, rural communities, and low- and middle-income countries (LMICs)• Joined a pharmaceutical startup focused on curing cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, building the team to 30, managing all day-to-day operations and overseeing complex multi-year mission critical projects with a budget of $35m, reporting directly to the Board of Directors• 11 years in finance at a family run business, with roles from the entry level copy room to youngest lead broker in company history, to Vice President, Director of Research and Development, responsible for researching macro trends and competitor activity to generate data-driven decisions for mid- and long-term strategy.Key Specialties:• Strategic planning• Navigating uncharted situations, creating action plans to mitigate risk• Stakeholder relations, from boards to investors, internal teams, and critical vendors• Building and leading teams based on trust and a growth mindset• Creating cultures and environments for team success• Streamlining processes• Program management, including use of Microsoft Project & Portfolio Management
