Reduced risk findings from 14 to 3, between 2018 and 2022Financial Reporting: Launched two dynamic budget tracking tools to optimize budget performance and budget monitoring.Preparation of monthly management accounts in line with IFRS and GAAP and delivery of Naval monthly financial reporting requirements, ensuring 100% compliance with laid down processes.Manages team’s experience using financial systems. Acts as the country’s first point of contact for issues on ERP systems and internal reporting software.
