I am a conscientious individual with a disciplined, confident, and calm demeanor. I strive for progress and quality every day with 100% commitment to achieve priorities, objectives, and goals. And, although I am disciplined, I’m agile and comfortable running various patterns that best fit the situation. I am not a spectator, rather I’m happiest in the game, hands-on with my sleeves rolled-up. I am a critical thinker applying common sense judgement to decisions based on risks and rewards. I get my energy from solving tough problems and managing difficult assignments that most people shy away, and I look for solutions to problems that are simple and sustainable. Throughout my career I have developed diverse skills and perspectives in many aspects of business, non-profit and public organizations, serving in technical, operational and client facing leadership roles including being a trusted confidant to other senior leaders including several corporate Presidents and CEOs. My responsibilities have run the gamut from designing systems, developing, and implementing strategic and tactical plans, product development, heading a customer service contact center, and leading large-scale initiatives. I am sensitive and adept with the processes for affecting organizational and cultural change, as well as continuously improving the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations and deploying innovative capabilities and technologies. On a personal level, I am grateful for the opportunities I’ve had, and to my mentors and colleagues that have made me better. I believe anyone with the right attitude, desire and openness can advance their legacy.    I am focused on advising and supporting other leaders and their organizations with assessing the health of their business and its alignment and capabilities to achieve their corporate objectives and goals, take corrective actions, and accelerate their mission.Notable corporate initiatives include- Developing strategic plans for several large organizations focused on increasing market share leveraging sectors with low penetration, and creating value propositions for the ideal client profiles- Completed an in-depth contact center assessment with an improvement roadmap for staffing roles and capacity plans, process efficiency and experience, and technology integration with a third party vendor- Provided advisory services to a large global fintech that assessed their customer care technologies and practices with recommendations for consolidating several platforms to simplify the employee and customer experiences and achieve multi-year cost savings- Completed an organizational study and reorganization with the senior leadership team of a consumer services business that needed to realign roles and responsibilities, assess operational procedures, and identify technologies to improve efficiency.
