I manage the Sustainability Department for the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas. As part of implementing the Department\'s $18M annual budget and managing over 75 employees, I focus on initiatives that improve livability and reduce the energy and carbon footprint for the City. My policy and program work includes energy efficiency, renewable energy, waste reduction, sustainability, active transportation and other special projects for the City of Fayetteville. I also manage all Recycling, Compost and Trash collections and processing for the City of Fayetteville.
