   Manage full P&L for a 338K square foot 7-day a week, 3-shift distribution center distributing medical products throughout the US including B2B, DTB, and B2C, including large customers Amazon, Walmart, Apria, McKesson, and QMES. • Lead a team including 1 Operations Manager, 5 Managers, 6 Leads, and 120 associates, with dotted line management of human resources and safety, overseeing daily running inventory value ~$15M and monitoring the local Operational budget. • Responsible for all planning, scheduling, receiving, inventory control, warehouse management, shipments, and distribution. • Develop and implement lean continuous improvement and kaizen initiatives, creation of best practices, creating KPI’s such as On-Time Delivery %, Inventory Accuracy, Shipping Accuracy and Labor % to Sales, to measure performance effectively • Regulate and monitor LTL and FTL freight contracts and negotiations, including the intercompany distributions to two other facilities. • Accountable for the regulatory contacts and compliance for the FDA, Customs, HazMat, OSHA, Fire, city building departments, and other governmental agencies. • Maintain and control complex inventory system for “Just in Time” deliveries along with cycle counting. • Developed companywide KPI analytically measuring all 5 distribution centers, including Canada, against best-in-class targets • Maintained minimal incident rates and fostered a culture of safety and inclusion. Closing the year with an OSHA rating of 1.34 • Within a year, increased regional revenue by 9% with a projected next year increase of 128% above LY
