Duties: Dealing with customers via email and telephone, preparing files for import/export jobs, Release/delivery of freight, Custom entries (SADH) using Visual Broker, Liasing with overseas offices, Updating customer activity reports, Customer quotations, input of charges into system for customer billing, Liase with other forwarders, Creating delivery manifests and general office duties, Domestic and European road movements for import and export, courier movements, retaining customer accounts through relationships and developing new customer accounts.
