Peter has extensive and unrivalled experience in the London residential development and international sales markets, particularly, the Asia Pacific Region where he has been actively travelling to the region since the mid-1990s and is regarded as a pioneer in international project marketing and the sale of London residential developments into the region. Having advised on the sale and marketing of some of London’s most high-profile residential developments, acting for many of the UK’s major developers and housebuilders, Peter and his team have been instrumental in the sale of circa £20b in residential development sales since Peter joined JLL in 2011. His depth of experience and track record, coupled with exceptional market intelligence and client loyalty has placed Peter and JLL at the forefront of this specialised sector of the market. This involves providing strategic advice on London and International project marketing, residential development consultancy and sales and marketing.
