AXA is a conglomerate of independently run businesses (Entities), operated according to the laws and regulations of many countries.Within AXA Group Operational Resilience is the presentation of four disciplines Crisis and Incident Management, Business Continuity and IT Service Continuity.I am responsible for:As part of the AXA Group, Security, Advisory and Standards division, deploy and ensure entity compliance with, the Global AXA Operational Resilience Policy.Establish sound working relationships with AXA entity Operational Resilience representatives, providing direction, support and guidance to AXA\'s global Operational Resilience teams.Develop and deploy the Groups Operational Resilience plan and associated support documentation.Develop and maintain the Entity Training, Stakeholder Management and Entity Communications for the Group Operational Resilience team. Running quarterly Global Forums for the Global Operational Resilience Community, webinars and education programme.Participate in the Operational Resilience horizon scanning activities, to establish future developments and identify areas of risk.Develop and provide best practice materials for global entities to utilize and develop their own compliant programs along with the necessary training and guidance for exercising Operational Resilience Management teamsProvide continuous compliance monitoring of global entities and provide executive governance reporting. Including the quality assurance of Operational Resilience plans, procedures, training events and skill sets
