Peter is a level 7 CIPD qualiffied, who is experienced at managing teams combined with experience in the IT sector and Profesional Services. He is a dynamic management professional with a combination of solid, tactical leadership and human resources expertise with a strong background in consulting organisations. Extensive background in HR generalist affairs, including experience in staff development, mediation, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, HR records management, and legal compliance. Recognised for preventing tribunal cases, grievances, and commercial risk to a company, as well as serving as a sounding board for organisations facing hard decisions. Versatile, high-energy professional; supporting and developing human resource initiatives by driving outcomes and contributing to team efforts via achievement of defined goals.
