ABOUT PETER MILNE
I have 8 years of experience working in the Scotch Whisky industry. As a member of the Whisky Specialist Team at Diageo I am currently responsible for assuring the quality of our scotch whisky portfolio during maturation and blending, working with an inventory of over 10 million casks. In my previous role, I applied my chemical engineering background as a specialist in new make spirit quality and production efficiency where I had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of distilleries all across Scotland.
