My name’s Peter Mercatanti, founder of A One Permit. For almost a decade I was a project manager for a large concrete restoration company in South Florida, during which I headed the permit process for large commercial projects and when not doing it for my day job I would assist friends and family navigate various building departments for their residential projects. From experience I understand no project gets off to a successful start without properly securing a permit which more than often is confusing, time consuming and costly if you are not familiar with the city municipality your project is located in. All projects revolve around cost and schedule and if you choose to not pull a permit for your next project it could result in various violations and devastating delays. I’ve learned and experienced in both business and life that Integrity, Communication and Service creates the strongest relationships and most successful projects.
