On The Revel was formed to highlight the diverse people that have been and are currently building the cannabis industry. Fundamentally, On The Revel believes the cannabis industry should be equitable, inclusive, and collaborative. Today, On The Revel produces online content, in-person experiences, and events to highlight the business opportunities in the cannabis industry- Develop, execute, and revise content strategies that engage and grow our community in alignment with brand and business objectives from 0- 11.3k followers on Instagram- Create and manage a content calendar across platforms and media types for collaborative stakeholder feedback, review, and execution: 122k reached from 12/6-3/6- Supervise and manage a team of video editors, photographers, videographers, graphics designers, and content managers varying from 2-6 persons between 15+ events- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, sponsors, and influencers to expand brand reach and authority - Incept and design a variety of infographics campaigns that lead to increased engagement and reach of promotional and educational posts- Provide regular reporting and insights to the founding team on the performance of content and community initiatives that further optimized workflows and impact- Interview community members in a variety of content production settings for maximal engagement and authentic insights- Co-produce quarterly events, conferences, and virtual events reaching 3k+ people/year.
