Some accomplishments include: onboarding a server build team into five standalone shifts totaling 350 employees, building 8500 servers in 8 months, exiting two HP owned data centers in Atlanta, and Re-addressing 2300 applications running on 12,650 devices. Responsible for meeting critical SLA’s between DXC and DXC’s customers with 100% accuracyaround time to deliver servers. Established /directed a Lean business plan for the new created DXC go forward server build model.
