ABOUT PETER MALICKY

Organization, attention to detail, and active listening are what I bring to my work environment. Coming from a science background, my love of biology, proficiency in policy analysis, and adaptability to new disciplines will make me a valued member of any team.My work philosophy is to actively listen and learn from my superiors, strive for mastery, and promote efficiency within the work environment. Attention to detail is number one priority when learning my role in the work space. From there, devotion to practicing the skills I\'ve learned, getting help when needed, and optimizing efficiency where its needed is how I approach being an capable, independent worker. No work environment can survive without teamwork. In addition to being a valuable employee, I strive to be a cooperative team player in a diverse work community. Diverse synergy in the workplace is the foundation for a successful work crew. Learning to work with different personality types and growing bonds among coworkers is just as important to me as mastering the skills needed to complete the project.
