Coming from creating magic Moments on TV, working now on the Crossroad between Technology and liberal Arts at Apple. In Times of increasing online sales, it gets more and more important to create these magic moments in retail. When the doors open at our stores, it‘s like the lense of the camera opens up for recording a one take shot. No chance for a second impression. Leading our teams on that way, creating together deep brand loyalty and giving them the chance to learn and to grow is my greatest passion. Carreer Experiences in different Countries and Roles helped me to sharpen my senses for customer needs and creative approaches. Keeping up the communication on the right strategies, analysis and forseeing trends that will influence retail short and longterm is the steady process I’m influencing on my journey, to help the team to increase its productivity in excellence.
