Since 2002, I’ve played a pivotal role in the growth and success of Corso\'s Cookies, as co-founder and CEO. Over the years, Corso\'s Cookies has evolved from a small, family-run shop to one of the leading producers of specialty cookies in North America, manufacturing approximately 20 million decorated cookies per year.My expertise lies in driving the strategic vision and sales for Corso\'s Cookies. Recognizing an opportunity during the pandemic to create a product that is fun, easy, and cultivates family togetherness, I developed Color-a-Treat™, our best-selling line of cookies that can be colored using edible food coloring markers. Today, Color-a-Treat™ attracts retailers from various sectors, including renowned mass retailers, specialty stores, gifting companies, and convenience stores.Additionally, after witnessing the emotional and psychological impact of the pandemic on my own daughters and their friends, I wrote the children’s book series The Corso\'s Kids. These books were written with a goal of empowering children to be themselves, be adventurous, and follow their dreams. The book\'s proceeds are donated to The Corso\'s Kids Foundation, dedicated to supporting educators, healthcare professionals, and organizations that assist children dealing with mental health challenges.Prior to Corso\'s Cookies, I founded YAPA.com, a social networking platform for young adults transitioning from college to their professional careers. Subsequently, I authored several college textbooks to help guide young professionals in their pursuit of career development and success after graduating.
