A highly motivated, ambitious, organised, efficient and commercially aware Commercial Manager with a progressive career encompassing construction and infrastructure experience within maintenance, defence, leisure, residential, commercial and water sectors.In the last six years, in the role of Commercial Manager, I have worked on pre-contract phases, managing projects into a contract and delivering large valued projects whilst managing a team of Quantity Surveyors. Previously as a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor, I worked on three prestigious large-value complex projects, Anfield Main Stand (94 Million Pounds), Angel Gardens Manchester (89.9 Million Pounds) and The Lexington (64 Million Pounds). I have recently furthered my knowledge and experience by self-funding a Construction Law and Practice Masters at Salford University, where I achieved a Distinction in every module and overall, which is an accomplishment I am incredibly proud of.
