Our goal is to hold a unique spot in the mortgage industry: big enough to have a voice with regulators and partners, but still flexible enough to handle the twists and turns that come with this business. By staying transparent and leading with a servant mindset, we want to create a workplace where hard work and entrepreneurial spirit are rewarded without a lot of red tape.A lot of people talk about technology as just a way to push more volume, and while that’s true, we see it differently. We want to use tech to actually make life better for our team and our peers. If we can save time and cut out the busywork, everyone gets to be more productive and still have balance outside of work. At the end of the day, our strategy is simple: succeed at a higher level and, just as important, enjoy ourselves while doing it.
