I have no hesitation when helping others and find it a joy to work under a focused atmosphere.Development & Application Lead | P1 SystemI serve in a bespoke role where I bridge business needs directly from the director to the product team, ensuring alignment and prioritization. I support the product owner in collating and understanding key requirements while driving the full product lifecycle—from DevOps and system installation to implementing a seamless one-click release process.Additionally, I tackle critical policy challenges, such as resolving security issues on legacy systems that were significantly behind on upgrades.Beyond technical expertise, I leverage deep self-awareness and cognitive function analysis to optimize team collaboration. As an ENFJ, my Extraverted Feeling (Fe) and Intuition (Ni) help me maximize team potential, anticipate future patterns, and create an environment where both people and products thrive.Completed many exciting projects such as a Spring CRUD web app, a ruby on rails booking system and Conways game of life. Developed CRUD backends using frameworks such as VertX, Spring, Ruby on Rails with front end tools like thymeleaf, JSP, HTML, Javascript. I am experienced in functional programming with Java using streams etc. and have done a lot of DevOps work by developing windows scripts, standardising directories and writing release documentation for industrial software. Having passed my ISTQB test and worked under pure agile conditions I have also developed tests to ensure software is robust and service layers are functioning correctly. I enjoy learning new tech and self improvement is a huge part of my life.Another update: Worked with legacy accounting systems under high pressure scrum team. Used design patterns such as the factory pattern and mediator pattern, concious about factors like contra variance in generics etc. I\'ve been complimented on my ability to spot patterns I can use for projects!Recently made an a* path finding algorthim on Angular to play around with states and to get a feel for googles framework.would say at this point very experienced and coding is more like breathing and have a good base for modern front end development and have gained the trust of my team.Looking to expand into systems design and already reading up guides.Also: clean code all the way!
