Spearheads the strategy and initiates action plans designed to meet the organizational mission, across Maikers 17 communities, 100 plus employees, and a $40M annual operating budget, through substantial change initiatives across business affairs planning, in collaboration with the Board of Directors. Some key achievements include:Obtained highly competitive, low-income housing credits (LIHTC) to develop affordable housing in 20••••21. Grew the Maiker annual operating budget from $28M to over $40M in less than five years as CEO and the delivery of the company’s mission as evidenced by the organization’s exponential growth. Led the transfer of a decommissioned county commercial asset (deed transfer) to Maiker, for reutilization. Former asset valued at $2.5M supported 116 units of affordable housing valued at over $32M and served youth aging out of foster care/families. The project won the prestigious ‘Housing Colorado People’s Choice Eagle Award’ in 2022 and first of its kind in Adams County.Secured over $20M in grants in response to the pandemic\'s effect on Adam’s County housing stability, which served over 2K residents requiring emergency rental assistance, and still operating.Rebranded the county’s website from conception to going live, including ACHAs name change, logo, and brand color, 2020. Recruited by Adam’s County Board of Commissioners to lead the COVID-19 housing response and recovery task force, initiated to support residents in their homes, and landlords’ solvent throughout the pandemic.
