Manage the Nomex Manufacturing Technology (Process Engineering) group. Prioritizing the capital strategy for the short (0 - 2 years) and longer term (5 - 10 years). Determine workload for technical group and appropriate resource allotment relative to business need. All of this funneled through the BTIP (Business Technical Implementation Plan) process to ensure the right initiatives/projects are propertly/staffed and resourced relative to benefit or longer term business need. In addition, ensure that day-to-day operation within Nomex has the technical support needed. Regularly interface with operations team for current perspective on state of the business and short term area needs.
