Commercial Lender and Relationship Banker - After College, I moved around within IBC Bank into various positions from Sales to Human Resources until I found a calling going through the Credit Analysts Program. There, I had underwritten and closed high dollar Commercial and Real Estate Construction Loans including retail, multi-family, office, lot developments and infrastructure. Additionally, I assisted in managing the large banking relationships consisting vastly of the leading Houston Developers. I worked and grew into the Assistant Credit Manager role where I ran the day to day operations and oversaw loan closings, loan operations, regulatory reporting and construction monitoring as well as being a direct contact for Federal Bank Examinations.I am a Commercial Lender focused on all asset classes of Real Estate. I am open for business! My goals are simple; I want to continue to grow, learn and never stop.
