Peter started his career in 1982 with Lloyds Bank and has undertaken various roles throughout the organisation, a majority of which has been within the commercial and corporate market place.I provide the highest level of service and expertise but have a passion for working within the within Property Finance arena as an experienced Relationship/Lending Manager/Business Development Manager.I worked within the Broker Market from 2018 through until 2022, concentrating on Property Investment (Residential/Semi-Commercial/Commercial property) and understand how important it is to be able to act quickly, but also to make clear what requirements/information, as a broker I need to fully assess the proposal allowing me to discuss/package the proposal with the most appropriate lender.In July 2022 I moved to Homes England as a Portfolio Manager looking after a select number of residential developments spread across the North which Homes England are supporting in the building of residential property which is much needed across the UK.
