I am a multi-national Executive with 25+ years of comprehensive success and rapid career growth in Manufacturing, Business Development and Capital Equipment Project Management. I have built most of my career with the Barry-Wehmiller Group, where I have flourished in progressively senior roles. I lead strategically major transformation initiatives that propel organizations to peak growth and bottom-line impact, e.g, spearheading a delicate carve-out acquisition corporate transaction between two German capital equipment manufacturing companies, which ultimately grew margins realized by significant amounts in the following three years. Throughout my career, I have been appointed to roles worldwide, making me a tremendous asset to a multinational company that requires an in-depth European perspective.An industry change-maker, a key focus is aligning and rationalizing processes across multiple entities while streamlining and standardizing operations to enable coordinated manufacturing and production.
