Coordinate and manage all Functional Planners & Schedulers within the Maintenance Planning & Scheduling team, coordinating with various stakeholders - internal and external to the organisation.• Responsible for all planning and scheduling within the maintenance function for Khor Mor facilities (KM500/400) including weekly, monthly, 90-day, and 1Y P6/SAP integrated plans and schedules. Focus on stage gate compliance and ensuring scope readiness with POB, materials and associated support services.• Coordinate with all site based discipline Planners to ensure that activities are carried out in an efficient, cost-effective and safe manner. Ensuring the right activities are carried out at the right time. • Ensure WBS activities and SAP WOs are scheduled to limit production impact, prioritising SECE and Production/HSE Emergency. Monitor work order backlog with aim to keep at a minimum level.• Responsible for the management and administration of Khor Mor Maintenance CMMS (SAP), across the process plant and well site. Continuously reviewing and seeking improvements.• Progress SAP notifications through daily review meetings and update work orders where required. Work with plant supervision to ensure timely WO closure.• Create WBS in P6 and create ad-hoc project plans when required.• Weekly system reviews with Senior Cost Engineers and Inventory Control Specialists. Ensure yearly budgets are tracked against committed and planned, discrepancies explained and prioritising completed at mid-year reviews.
