Peter is a Partner and head of Deloitte Consulting\'s Total Rewards practice in Germany. He and his team are responsible for advising clients on compensation (including Job Architecture, Benchmarking, Design, specialist software implementation), salesforce compensation, pensions (actuarial valuation, redesign, audit, de-risking though pensioner company, CTA, insurance vehicles etc) and other Total Reward issues.In addition he heads up Germany’s M&A Human Capital team dealing with both due diligence issues and cross-functional post-merger integration projects (Change, Organizational design, HR integration, Communications)He has 20 years experience of advising clients on international HR and pensions issues. Prior to moving to Germany in 2002 he was a benefits actuary and investment consultant based in London, UK.He also acts as lead partner on specialist accounts covering all human capital areas including leadership assessment and development.He has a degree in Actuarial Mathematics (City University), a Masters degree in East European Economics and Politics (SSEES) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
